Language is not just about words, rules, and grammar – it’s also about emotions. Often, it’s the positive emotions, support, friendly attitude, and guidance that students in many popular schools are lacking. For us, this is our top priority. We don’t work with indifferent or detached teachers who are just "clocking in hours." At Lerba, our goal is to provide the highest quality of education, which is why selecting and training our teachers is extremely important to us.

We don’t believe that effective language learning is possible without active teacher involvement and a personalized approach. That’s why all of our grand plans for the future focus on creating and improving tools for online teaching, as well as crafting individual learning plans and materials. We will use AI as a supplementary tool to simplify routine tasks, offer in-depth progress analysis, and provide material recommendations – all of which will still go through the teacher working with the student. We will also have exercise and material builders, an AI assistant, mobile apps, and a convenient dashboard for managing lessons and payments. These technological innovations will be a great addition to the harmonious language teaching experience in our school.
